Most online shops throw endless products at you, all with shiny branding and it’s hard to know what’s actually worth your money. Our shop is different. Every product you see here is one we rate highly, use daily and genuinely enjoy working with.

Tony's Story

I started out as a technician at Mercedes before moving into bodyshop work, where I spent 6–7 years learning paintwork, prep, and polishing. After a break (which somehow included painting mining trucks), I came back to what I love most: making cars look their best.

In 2017 I launched Bear’s Detailing, first as a mobile service. By 2020, I moved into a dedicated workshop to focus on machine polishing. Today we offer a full range of high-end services including polishing, ceramic coatings, and PPF.

Fletch's Story

Fletch has had an obsession with cars since he was tiny and it’s fair to say his toy cars are still immaculately presented to this day, including his expanding Lego collection!

Fletch first started valeting professionally way back in 1999 and continued through his college years and beyond to fund university.

He has worked in various roles in the subsequent years, including several years as a windscreen repair technician where he excelled with his customer service, he was always first to be called upon to attend shows and events to represent the company.

In early 2019 Fletch decided to return to his valeting career and was successfully self employed for several years when he met Tony and spiralled deep into the world of detailing! Having honed his skills over several years by Tony’s side as his right hand man he knows the ins and outs of the whole process from the dirtiest daily driver to the glossiest show car.

Our Promise

We don’t always agree on which products are the best, but if it makes it into our shop, it means we’ve both tested it, argued about it, and finally given it our seal of approval. That way, you don’t have to waste time figuring it all out, we’ve done the legwork for you.
